About the event
This is the first ever Westwood YMCA Annual 5K: 2022 Runnin’ for a Reason. This trail run is guided through the whole camp from the trails through upper camp down to the waterfront runners can experience a beautiful run.

I acknowledge that my participation in the Westwood 5K involves a risk of injury, including bodily injury. Parts of the trail that are encountered during the race include narrow bridges & trails, roots, and lose rocks.
On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and legal representatives, I hereby release and discharge Westwood YMCA and their respective directors, employees, affiliates, members, and representatives, of and from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages and/or any other claims, demands, losses or damages, incurred by me in connection with any aspect of the Westwood 5K.
I consent to receive medical treatments in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during the Westwood 5K.
I attest that I am physically fit enough to complete the 5k as a run, jog, or walk.
I grant Westwood YMCA the right and full permission to use media, photographs and recordings gathered during this event in any manner for the promotion of Westwood YMCA and their programs, including this event.
I will not vandalize Westwood YMCA’s property, facility, and trails. I attest that I am liable for damages caused by myself or my heirs to the Westwood YMCA. I will accept any legal complications that may follow.
